Our agency makes referrals to other outside agencies to assist in areas that we are not equip to handle.

i.e. Home healthcare agencies, Diagnostic Centers, Therapy, etc.

Healthchek (In home aid services)

State Plan (CORE)

Medicaid Waivers (emergency status, priority status)

Metrapolatin Housing programs

Winterization programs

Representation

Our advocates focus on our clients' most critical issues and needs.

We give the community a voice! We provide representation in State Hearings against State Agencies and Federal Agencies (SSA) as well as coordinating meetings with school districts and many other outside resources your family requests.
